Referral Loop Tracker.
An app idea for veterinary clinics.

Tracks each referral a clinic sends out and whether the owner actually booked, so closed loops are visible instead of assumed.

What the search found

Who pays
Small veterinary practice owners
The problem
A vet sends a case to a specialist and never learns if the owner went. The clinic only finds out when the owner calls back weeks later, or never.
The gap
rVetLink is built for the specialty and emergency side to talk to referring vets, and the advice in the roundups is that a PIMS referral module is enough when volume is low. Nothing in the results is a cheap standalone loop-closer for the small primary clinic that just wants to know if the owner booked.

People asking for it
The big assumption
Small clinics care enough about closed referral loops to pay for a separate tool rather than shrug and keep using the PIMS module.
Test it this week
Ask ten small practice owners how they currently find out whether a referred owner booked, and whether they have ever lost a case that way.
